Meet Linda’s Team!

Linda Laub Canty - Linda brings to every client an extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg area thanks to 22 years of selling real estate full time there.  She relies on her sense of professionalism and a willingness to turn prospects into happy, satisfied clients who refer others to her so they, too, can have the same experience.  Linda is known for helping her clients list “pre-loved” homes, and puts a variety of successful marketing tactics to work to find the right buyer at the right price.  Linda’s official designations are ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), e-Pro (Technology Certification), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). 

Jim Canty - Jim is a 26-year veteran of the mortgage industry, and a SunTrust Senior Mortgage Officer (in Fredericksburg). In recent years, Jim´s work has included personal mortgage lending, production management, product development, policy development, website development, including participation in the creation of a web based Home Banking Program, and participation in numerous housing seminars.  As a former real estate agent, Jim´s background and experience have given him great opportinities to help clients ranging from first time homebuyers to those involved with million- dollar plus mortgages.
