Meet Linda’s Team!

Linda Laub Canty - Linda brings to every client an extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg area thanks to 25 years of selling real estate full time there.  She relies on her sense of professionalism and a willingness to turn prospects into happy, satisfied clients who refer others to her so they, too, can have the same experience.  Linda is known for helping her clients list “pre-loved” homes, and puts a variety of successful marketing tactics to work to find the right buyer at the right price.  Linda’s official designations are ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), e-Pro (Technology Certification), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). 

James (Jim) Canty (my husband) - Jim is and has been a tremendous help with computer work and technology.   He recently retired from the mortgage industry (35 years), and is pursuing his ambition of being a full-time musician.  Jim is a trumpet player, whose music includes New Orleans Jazz, Swing, Latin, Light Rock, and even "a touch" of Country.

He is now uses 4 basic groups: "Jim Canty & Friends", a 4-piece group, playing everything from Stardust to Johnny B. Goode; and "Strictly Dixie", a 6-piece band, featuring New Orleans Dixieland Jazz; ”Just The 2 Of Us", a duo;  plus an occasional trio gig, depending on the needs of his client.  He performs for both private parties and club dates.  Jim attributes much of his popularity to the talented group of professional musicians working with him.

James W. Canty III, Canty Construction Services LLC - James and his staff are available for small repairs, additions, or extensive construction work (both residential and commercial).
